ATEX Radiation Detector GammaRAE II
Intrinsically Safe Full Range Gamma Radiation Detector
The ATEX Radiation Detector is an Zone 0 certified gamma radiation detector and full range dosimeter in a single instrument. The ATEX Radiation Detector has been designed to specifically meet the needs of first responders, the GammaRAE II has a rapid response and accurate dose measurement.
The ATEX Radiation Detector has an sensitive CsI scintillator for excellent search capability and energy compensated PIN diode sensor for high dose rate range and accurate dosimeter capabilities. The GammaRAE II ATEX Radiation Detector has prominent visible, audible and vibration alarms which alerts first responders to radioactive threats, the ATEX Radiation Detector accurately measures accumulated dose to the wearer and is immersible in water for easy decontamination.
The ATEX Radiation Detector has a continuous digital readout in Rem/hour (μR/h & mR/h) or in Sievert/hour (μSv/h & mSv/h) and counts per second (cps). The ATEX Radiation Detector GammaRAE II has a top-mounted, invertible display. The ATEX Radiation Detector has two operation keys, simple intuitive programming and long calibration life. The ATEX Radiation Detector has two AA Alkaline batteries which last up to 600 hours and a large, 30-000 point datalog capacity which can be downloaded via cable- free bluetooth connection.
